"It is a good location and close to bus and subways. The room is small but this is New York. The bed is very comfortable, the shower and air conditioning were good. The staff is nice but
service is okay. If you need something it can take awhile. There is very little storage; a few hangers. We had to ask for more. no drawers to put clothes.
Overall it was okay."

"We were extremely disappointed in our stay. The room was very rundown, the bed was uncomfortable, and the breakfast area was undersized for the size of the hotel. Perhaps the biggest disappointed was the fact that despite spending four nights at the hotel, the room was never touched by the housekeeping staff. We emptied our own garbage cans when they started to overflow and had to ask the main desk for fresh towels. Would not return to this location."
