"The deadbolt on the outside door to the parking lot was not useable beachside it was not installed correctly. At best it was a false lock. I took pictures!!"

"Never cleaned the room.. I had a handicap accessible room some I recently broke my hip and they put me on the 4th floor with no elevator. The doors don’t work. I could go for days about how bad this spot was!"

"Not much to say. Everything was fine. The elevator was a bit outdated and getting an Uber was interesting. The hotel is set back and gps takes you a weird way."

"Tried to check in early, the hotel wanted $60 so we waited and checked in later. I forgot my wallet so the desk clerk would not let me check in. My wife with the same last name and credit card was with me. They would not let her check in. We could check in only if I had MY driver's license. We went down the street and stayed at a Marriott. Please reverse the $122.53 you charged on my credit card."

"While this is a cheap option. Tv didn’t work kept freezing. The shower was horrible, barely any water came from the shower head, the room was so muggy that the floors were wet from moist. Everything else was okay. Good for a 1 night stay just to keep sleep."

"This Extended Stay Hotel was quite nice, Comparable to Any Hilton/Hampton, Holiday Inn Express, and Similar Upscale Properties not offering Room Service and the like. The entire Staff, from Management to Front Desk Personnel, Housekeeping & Maintenance were super friendly and professional, Especially Tonja, The Manager onsite. The location, on the South Bank of The St. Johns River in Jacksonville, was mighty convenient to area Attractions, Shopping, Parks & Restaurants. I will highly recommend...
