"We used this hotel to spend one night to catch a plane out of Madrid in the morning and it was perfect for this purpose. When we are staying in Madrid for sightseeing we stay at a hotel on the gran via. Very convenient shuttle was on time and efficient. The breakfast was great and we ate at the restaurant for dinner at the adjacent segment of the hotel the night before and the meal was really good as well. There were youth soccer teams staying there and having fun so the hotel has a family...

"Die Unterkunft entspricht nicht dem üblichen Standard. Es war dreckig, sowohl der Boden und das Bad als auch das Bett. Während unseres viertägigen Aufenthalts kam die Reinigungskraft lediglich einmal, hat jedoch nichts gemacht, außer die nassen Handtücher mitzunehmen. Neue Handtücher wurden nicht bereitgestellt. Nachdem wir dies an der Rezeption angesprochen hatten, wurden zwar neue Handtücher versprochen, jedoch nie gebracht. Die Abflüsse im Bad haben unangenehm gerochen, wobei sich der Geruch...

"We had a wonderful stay at the H10 Villa de la Reina Boutique Hotel. The hotel is at a great location in central Madrid with quick access to anything we needed, like restaurants or transportation. The lobby, restaurant, bar, and our room were all attractive, comfortable, and clean. The hotel is on the busy Gran Via, but we found the inside of the hotel to be a warm and calming contrast to the bustle outside. A nice place to relax. There were 3 of us, and the room was configured accordingly...

"It was a beautifull hotel and the staff was very nice. We plan on returning next year. The Salamanca neighborhood is beautifull with lots of shops and restaurants. Only complain is there is very little room for lugage and clothing."
