"My spouse and I usually stick with big hotel chains so we really weren’t sure what to expect , but the room and property overall were just as well kept as the big chain hotels. Property was also really easy to get to and the location was solid. No complaints at all."

"The hotel was cute and clean. The private parking was extremely convenient. The only thing I did not like was the key. The key gave us access to the room but did not give access to the building. We had to ring the bell and wait to be buzzed in every time we came in and out. That was pretty awkward at night, I kept feeling like I was preparing myself for the walk of shame. Lol other than that all was good. I stayed 3 nights in total. Cool."

"Stayed in smaller room for solo traveler. Bed a little too uncomfortable for me. Room itself didn't have amenities but may have been available at the front desk. I.e iron, blow-dryer etc. Good hot water pressure for showering. Good location away from the partying but close enough to get to the nightlife. Close to Walmart Very nice and helpful staff. Will hold bags securely before/after check-in/out."

"Marguerite was a welcoming and helpful host. She has done a great job of making the accessible room truly accessible! My only wish would be for a handrail for the small ramp leading to the main entrance. Arianna made us a delicious breakfast every morning before we started our day. The location is only a few blocks from the beach and a few minutes from Old San Juan. The property is just beautiful and has maintained the island charm. We enjoyed our stay!"

I contacted the renter immediately, but they were unresponsive and offered no help or solution during my stay. "The staff were really friendly and helpful. There were snacks and coffee every morning plus the beach is near. The air conditioning worked perfectly. My only issue was that the shower seemed to plug up a bit, the water would rise. Additionally, the doors are elegant and secure with the locks. However, given the crystal portion of the door the light would pass through and light up the room early. The pool was pretty clean and even with the water situation, there was always water at the property....

"Nice and clean property with comfortable rooms that included a fridge, and in our case a patio shared with other guests. Rooms are super quiet and A/C worked really well; however, water pressure could have been better. We spent most of our time exploring the sites and eating out, so didn't really use the kitchenette or the tiny pool.
