"In general it was a good apartment almost deserving 4 stars. However, there are a couple of quite important negative moments. First, they lied in the description about washer machine, they do not have any. Second, unlike other providers they do not allow to move in even 30 minutes earlier and made us wait for this time under Florida sun despite the room was ready. Third, they locked their dumpsters and people just throw their garbage over the locked gates, so rats will be there in no time unless...

"My little getaway was amazing!!! The studio was beautiful, had everything we needed I wasn't expecting a full kitchen with baking utensils as well. We had a blast the view was incredible. I loved the outside setup near the pool as well. Will definitely be booking another getaway real soon!! "

"Booked a two night, weekend stay. the “property” is an abandoned vessel moored about 200 yards off shore accessible by watercraft only. No running water. ‘Water provided’ for personal hygiene and sanitary uses consisted of six sixteen ounce bottles and one 1 gallon jug half full. The onboard toilet was inoperable and ‘maintenance’ never arrived to remedy the situation. Spent the first night with the smell of human waste in the air. "I loved the apartment! It had everything we needed and it was in a great location. The only thing was that it took a little to find the building and for some reason I didn’t receive the email to the latch app and had to call someone to help. The person who helped did a great job and we were able to get in. Overall great stay and very clean as well! "

"the property was very quiet and friendly. fast response from property manager. loved the amenities and the pool. nice workout place and bathrooms were very clean. the pool area had a kitchen and propane grills to cook in. loved it. I felt uncomfortable leaving the keys in the apartment and the apartment was left unlocked. Recommendation would be nice to lock the apartment and leave the key in the place where we obtained it from."
