"Staff very nice. Room was huge with a great shower. We had booked the double room and the bed was a king size! Shower was great. No conditioner provided if you use that. Breakfast was a huge selection. Very worth the €. Location was walkable and ideal. Would definitely stay again. "

"Ich hatte einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Axel Hotel Bilbao. Die Lage ist hervorragend – mitten in der Stadt und ideal, um Bilbao zu erkunden.
Die Zimmer waren sauber und sehr gepflegt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den herzlichen Empfang an der Rezeption – ein großes Dankeschön an Sandra für das tolle Willkommen! Man fühlt sich direkt gut aufgehoben.
Auch das Frühstück war super und sehr empfehlenswert.
Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: Im Badezimmer habe ich Ablagen für Make-up oder...
