"Great location!"

"The best thing about this hotel is its location. It is in a great neighborhood with some excellent outdoor space in the front oasis area and on the roof. The rooms are small but efficient. It is hard to figure out how to work the lights in the room, and there are no easy instructions. It is not a quiet hotel, but that is a tradeoff for being in a neighborhood. The staff are helpful but there seems to be a philosophy to offer minimal support to customers."

"The Row NYC is in a great location for Broadway shows & Times Square. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help. My room was clean & tidy. The room did not have a hairdryer & a personal safe (which surprised me but I should check the list of amenities). The bathtub/shower while clean enough could use a good bleach/scrubbing. The shower head could be replaced as it sprayed in all sorts of directions. I would stay here again."

"I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Charging a resort fee without offering actual resort-style amenities felt misleading and unjustified. The room itself had multiple issues — the sink was clogged, there were no accessible outlets near the bed, and despite being assigned a non-smoking room, the entire room smelled strongly of cigarettes. To make matters worse, customer service was nearly nonexistent. Any communication or requests had to be handled online, and the front desk staff repeatedly stated they could not amend, adjust, or extend reservations directly. It created an incredibly frustrating guest experience with no real support available on-site. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had in New York. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others."
