"Overall the staff was great. We did ask some staff we saw for towels since the pool area had none. The EVS asked a staff member we could not see who mumbled something we could not hear, she replied to them “she’s standing right there” to which I heard from unseen person a very loud annoyed sigh. That was the only rude person. The ladies at the counter were great as well as the man who maintained the breakfast."

"Well we picked this hotel because of the free shuttle to airport but I didn’t realize you had to pay to park at hotel while u were gone. So that was an extra $50 —which they over charged me. One couple told me they got charged $30 to park. (They left when we did and got back when we did). So they refunded us $10 when I asked them about it. Also if you want shuttle service keep in mind they only take u to airport every 40 mins! Didn’t get to eat breakfast bc it wasn’t out when we left but they...

"Our stay was great! The room was nice, breakfast was delicious. The pool was awesome. Our two year old isn’t real fond of water but the 1 1/2 foot pool was perfect for her. She enjoyed herself, practiced swimming, played with a few pool toys. It was great! The complimentary popcorn and water with lemon in it was a nice touch we appreciated as well! We will definitely stay again!"

"Property security is good and the food across all the restaurants was decent. If you go, the 99 Hops House has great deals on drinks. Our stay across three rooms was mediocre at best. The beds were just okay. In one room, the bathroom wasn't clean and literally had Zyn pouches stuck to the shower ceiling. Service was entirely dependent on the day. Day one was great, but the next two days we had a very unhelpful woman at the front desk who made it a hassle just to fix our deactivated room...

"My room was clean and neat. Staff was helpful. There was an odor that I noticed when I got off the elevator on my floor & that persisted in my room. It became less noticeable during the stay, but remained nevertheless. I sprayed Febreeze in my room & that seemed to help some. It seemed like some event that took a while to clear out, but I have no notion of what it was. It may be fine by now."

"Staff was amazing. Everyone I encountered was super nice. It's not a 5 star type hotel, but its more than worth the price. I've stayed at every similarly priced hotel in the area, and this one is far far better, in every way, than any of the others. Will definitely stay here again if I'm in the area."

"We very much enjoyed out stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and well kept with a nice shower. The room did not have a microwave, but other than that it had everything we needed. We ate at Asia noodle and it was SO good. I'm a non-smoker so I didn't enjoy the smoke within the actual casino, but the hotel itself was wonderful, clean and smelled great!"
