"Unforgettable experience. Great atmosphere and excellent services (friendly and professional). Especially I want to mention Jose Mari was outstanding.
Only caveat is that the location is not necessarily convenient to access to the old town. But if you are happy to walk or take Uber, it is completely acceptable.
Overall, I would like to come back to Villa Soro, if I have chance to visit Basque region again."

"Very nice hotel but it would have been a better experience if there weren’t separate charges to use the gym, sauna, and parking.
AC in room was great! No problems or issues with this hotel but somewhat pricy when you include the room, parking, and breakfast for 2."

"We stayed in the Miradora room, with private access to the patio from 8pm to 11am, it was fantastic. The room was everything we needed. The restaurant has great food and drinks, and the cafe was perfect for snacks, coffee and drinks.
There is a bus stop just around the corner from the hotel, no need to drive anywhere. It's close to downtown, old town and the beach.
The staff we're very friendly and helpful."
