"We had a lovely stay here. It's a nice and well maintained hotel. When we arrived we were welcomed by a friendly young man. The rooms are as mentioned on the website. All necessary amenities are present. A nice bonus was the small fridge since it was quite warm outside. We booked our stay with breakfast, at which we were welcomed by a friendly lady every morning. Breakfast was nice and there was lot's to choose from. I would stay here again when visiting San Sebastian."

"This is quiet, luxurious hotel. The staff was excellent and very helpful. The room was lovely, the bath a spa level experience. "We enjoyed every aspect of our stay here! We were first time visitors from the US. We had 2 rooms and each were clean and decorated nicely. The location was so great. Loved looking out at the Cathedral from our window! "Great location next to Santa Maria Church and at the center of old city. Great for bar hopping. Neat and cozy room with great view from terrace. Reception was very helpful. We arrived pretty early in the morning and left late in the evening but they were happy to keep our luggage before check-in and after check-out. They even offered us an early check-in by e-mail during the day."

"Nice small hotel in a quiet part of the city, and less than 5 mins walk to the beach. The rooms were spacious, clean and had good water pressure and air conditioning. Buffet breakfast selection was generous and includes hot food cooked to order. (The coffee machine sometimes didn't work.) The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Overall, we were very happy with our stay."

"Great breakfast buffet! One of the largest hotel gyms I have encountered. The rooftop pool is super. Friendly service and everything is immaculately clean. The only thing I can fault is the location. It's a bit removed from the things you'd want to see in San Sebastian (the beach and the old town)"
