"Absolutely adore this spot! Staff were great - except for one waitress in the restaurant who decided our child shouldn’t eat tiramisu and so she told us it was sold out. Was pretty judgemental. Everyone else was fantastic and would highly recommend this place to anyone!"

"This place was lovely, right on the slopes of mount Etna. Guiseppe and Louisa were fantastic hosts and were very friendly and helpful. Good set up of our apartment with separate living space to bedroom with lots of room. Only downside was small shower and no AC. On the day we were leaving they were quite happy for us to take our time as room was free for that day so woke up late and after sorting ourselves out we took a tour of the winery. Guiseppe is a 6th gen wine maker who is making wine...
"B&b praticamente perfetto in un'ottima zona gestito in maniera esemplare dalla proprietaria sempre molto disponibile e generosa. Stanza grandissima e ben tenuta, colazione abbondante e di buona qualità. Davvero ottima anche in caso di concerti al palasport che si raggiunge in 15 minuti di camminata. Assolutamente consigliato!"
"Only one word can describe the beauty of this place: Paradise with a lot of Angels (people who works in the structure) around you. The suite is amazing and unbelievably spacious. The light dinner and the breakfast are really very good. Remember to eat “l’uovo del contadino” at breakfast. Great Spa. "Our stay at the Villa Neri was wonderful. The area is quiet and peaceful. The staff were all courteous and amazing.
The hotel itself is a little bit secluded so driving is recommended if you want to get around and explore yourself.
There are many things available to do at the resort: spa facilities, pool, tours of the winery, etc.
The food was amazing. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in a relaxing atmosphere for their trip."
"Coralie and her staff were always so nice and helpful. The breakfast had a variety of delicious options. The property is conveniently located close to the beach and a couple really good restaurants. We 100% preferred the beach in line with the hotel compared to the private one that the shuttle brings you to because you’re dependant on the shuttle service to get back which was not reliable when we were there and much more uncomfortable rocks under our feet.

"This hotel was a "wow" all around. The photos don't do it justice:
1) The area: the town it was in is super cute. Everyone knows one another in the area. Views of Etna were incredible. Just a very beautiful region of sicily.
2) The service: the front desk helped us book a helicopter tour of etna. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour, it was fantastic!
3) Spa: Wow wow wow - beautiful turkish bath, and you get it all to yourself with the fee. My husband and I enjoyed this immensely!
