"The hotel is at the hill of Talkero with beautiful view. They have the bus with several stop to Lerici which is quiet and scenic. We had the seafood spaghetti two times at the Restaurant Defanio and he restaurant nearby Ristorante Il Gambero Nero. They are phenomenal. The hotel also has great breakfast. The welcome drink is a plus. The balcony room with the sea breeze also veryy nice. We enjoyed our stay."

"Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit! Corniglia war der perfekte Ort als Base, da er abends sehr ruhig und entspannt war. Tagsüber haben wir Ausflüge zu den anderen Cinque Terre Städtchen gemacht, die viel überlaufener und voller waren. Da haben wir uns abends immer wieder auf unser beschauliches und ruhiges Corniglia gefreut. Die Unterkunft bietet alles was man braucht, ist sehr gemütlich und mitten in Corniglia gelegen. Das Personal war sehr nett. Das Frühstück war eher sehr basic, aber ok."

"15 minutes outside Riomaggiore, which I was worried about at first, however it was really nice to leave the busy town and the bus schedule was convenient. Large patio with amazing views. Incredible restaurant just up the street (il Borgo di campi) family owned, great food, two of the best meals we had on our trip to Italy. Hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful."

"Do not take the hiking path that starts from the town of Vernazza, call a taxi to bring your luggage to the top! We made the mistake of bringing our luggage up the hiking path, which took an hour and 1000ft of elevation! Be wary of Google Maps and ask locals for routes. The walk from top to bottom is about 40-50 minutes, and some 10% inclines, but great exercise if you don’t mind the journey! The view alone makes this worth it. "Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber liebevoll gestaltet. Die Vierbettzimmer sind voll und eng, aber sauber. Das Haus liegt an einer Durchgangsstraße, und es stehen dort nur wenige Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Das Parken ist aber ca. 150 m oberhalb auf einem markierten Randstreifen möglich. Das Frühstück ist einfach, aber ausreichend. Die Besitzer sind sehr gastfreundlich und bemüht. Der Ort Moneglia ist in wenigen Minuten gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Für einen Kurzurlaub empfehlenswert."

"Hotel is outstanding, it’s over 500 years old and it’s immaculate, food was great, very quiet, first time we have ever stayed in a Palace, room was large with a King bed. My only criticism is that it doesn’t have a true shower. Staff were so polite and accommodating ….we loved the place. Shout out to Lucia who checked us in made us feel so welcome. Appreciated Irina’s help this morning on the check out. "
