"Toilet didn't work. Shower had black mold in 3 different spots. The tv didn't work as well as the wifi. The balcony still had the previous persons trash."

"As a single, female traveler this was an awful place to stay. The manager was insulting. Keep the shutters and windows closed at all times from staff and neighbors. Ironing was only allowed in the kitchen, but not during breakfast?? The view from the upper deck was beautiful but there are no umbrellas or shade only plastic chairs and ash trays. "Top-notch experience! The entire staff was communicative, available, thorough before and during our trip. The hotel itself was everything we could have asked for - small but quaint, close to amazing restaurants, beaches, a small supermarket and even a pharmacy. The best part of our experience was how the front desk - ESPECIALLY ROSA - helped us coordinate transportation that was convenient, prompt and accessible. I will definitely be back!"
