Best was the front desk staff. All were very friendly and always willing to help. They provided a blanket for the beach, an umbrella to use in the hot sun, called for my taxi, and more. Bed mattress and pillow were great quality. I liked having a short 10-15 minute walk to get to the beach to get some exercise. Great street food nearby at better prices than closer to the beach. Would stay again.

Very friendly and hostess, eager to help. Area was quieter away from hustling Bangla Rd, which let's me do more walking like I wanted. Room was serviced well everyday. Lots of great street food and drink stands nearby with better prices. Not fancy, but great basic accommodations.

Vi er et dansk par fra Danmark vi har været på dette hotel i 27 nætter vi kan godt anbefale hotellet men der er en lille smule forbehold blandt andet omkring trafikken og mulighederne om at komme frem og tilbage ned til byen og til stranden trafikken tager ikke hensyn. Billederne som hænger forskellige steder med maden lever ikke helt op til sandheden. Der var tre drikkevarer at vælge imellem er det kolde det var vand appelsinsaft og mælk te og kaffe og kakao der var ikke croissanter en eneste dag der var ikke jordbær der var ikke kiwi og der var ikke appelsiner som ellers Fram gik på billedet. Men maden var god og hun var dygtig til at lave den smagt det godt og gode smag , personalet var imødekommende og hvis man havde noget så blev det rettet lige med det samme eller hvis der var noget man manglede så var det der med det samme vi kan sagtens anbefale hotellet

We loved the hospitality by the warm and friendly staff specially reservation manager ploy was the best Person who matched our requirements for the various cruises we wanted to do and she helped us to do the best ones with good deals. Our room 122 was clean and tidy and spacious. It had everything we needed, the bestest ever. We love Frutta morning breakfast and now missing it in London. We hope to travel soon next year same time at our best hotel Frutta

Cheap bog roll but well worth it
This was actually a pretty good hotel, friendly staff and clean room, toilet roll was bog standard and your finger was likely to go through if you didn’t double up. The air con was a bit loud in the room and I only slept about 3nhours but that could’ve been jet lag, I’d stay here again for sure

The chairs at the pool could be renewed. The “pool-bar” was not in use but full of dirty old towels. This could be cleaned. Also the parking garage has been full of garbich.

Don't be persuaded by the deep discounts you'll see on booking websites. This hotel is worth the deeply discounted price that is advertised. The staff are lovely and helpful. The rooms are equipped with a small fridge, air con, and no hot water in the showers. The included breakfast is food, but I found myself sticking more to the toast and fruit. The steam room and upstairs bar were unavailable during our stay and appear to have been for some time. The pool is as advertised as long as you don't mind sharing the space with tobacco enthusiasts. Bonus free bicycles to use around Patong, if you have a death wish. The bedding was a little stained. Half of the television channels did not work during our stay.

Patong Beach muss nicht sein
Für Backpacker ok. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Relativ weite Anfahrt vom Flugplatz und etwas laute Lage in Straßen-Nähe. Patong Beach selbst eher für Leute mit Sinn für Ballermann-Atmosphäre. Weitere Umgebung auf Phuket mit angenehmerem Umfeld.

接客はとてもよく、ツアーなども予約してくれたり臨機応変に対応してくれて満足でした。お部屋はキレイではありますが照明がとても暗く、バスルームとトイレの境目に何もないため床がびしょ濡れになります。部屋の感じはディスカウントされた金額相応といった感じです。

Aangekomen bij frutta botique was ik een beetje geschrokken. Heb ik echt gekozen voor dit hotel? We werden prima ontvangen daar is niks om op aan te merken, maar de ontvangsthal vond ik rommelig niet wat je op de foto's ziet echt jammer. Ze gebruiken denk ik foto's van toen het hotel nieuw was en dat kan een hele andere indruk maken tijdens het boeken. Ik vind dat ze ieder jaar nieuwe foto's moet plaatsen hoe de hotel opdat moment uitziet. De kamer komt wel een beetje overeen en het was schoon. Telefoon werkte niet, ik kwam zaterdag aan en ze zouden maandag komen repareren ben weer na 5 dagen vertrokken ze moeten nog komen. Keuken en eetzaal is een complete ramp, er lopen katten rond waar je eten staat stoelen hebben nooit van schoonmaak gehoord. Niks is georganiseerd . Er werken een paar dames daar als ze " niks" te doen hebben zitten ze met zijn allen met de telefoon on de handen. Ze kunnen beter de keuken en eetzaal onderhanden nemen.

Good hotel .ticks most of the boxes
Frutta Hotel is a great hotel especially for the money .. It is a 9 out of 10 Only downfall is breakfast buffet is severely wanting ... Lousy coffee, white bread, no bacon, rubbish cereals .. And families will need to travel by taxi to town ; the road down the laneway is very busy and not suitable for children to traverse .. That aaid everything else is fantastic ... fruendly helpful staff, large rooms, great aircon , smart tvs, nice pool etc Many restaurants nearby Cheers

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo albergo in questi giorni trascorsi a Patong. È un’ottim Soluzione qualità prezzo, il personale è cortese e ben predisposto all’aiuto. La pulizia non è delle migliori, il minimo indispensabile. È un’albergo moderno caratterizzato da colori vivaci. La piscina è piccola ma comoda per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in giro per la città. La posizione è abbastanza periferica ma a piedi con un po’ di pazienza a può raggiungere tutto.

Room is spacious enough for weekend stay
Stayed at pool access room. Was great there was outdoor chairs and tables to chill out. Upon check-in, staff told us max is 2 guests in a room. We booked through Expedia was 3 guests in one room. Staff decided to settle with Expedia and just let us stay as we booked.

spacious room, room has everything travellers needed. 7-11 and family mart nearby. nice and friendly staffs, they willing to answer and help me to tackle problems i have come across. a bit far away from Patong center, far from Patong beach about 30mins walk. It is a very big problem under a hot day. If you want to back the hotel from the center or vise versa by taxi is 200 THB. limited restaurants or food shop nearby. only 2 massage shops nearby ( about 10 - 15mins walk.). no pubs, no shopping nearby.
