"Friendly staff, always clean everywhere in the hotel. Amazing heated pool! Maintenance quick to respond. The only complaint overall was lack of notation on late/early check in/check out. Night shift staff called our room around midnight to ask a question instead of waiting until morning which caused our daughter to wake up. We will still be back next year though because we love this hotel!!"

"The most disgusting place I have ever been to in my whole life, starting with the pubic hair in the bathroom everywhere and found some pubic hair in the sheets of the bed, then the shower curtain had multiple rips and so did the curtains, the dresser draw was broken and i couldn't put my clothes in it, The staff did nothing, The manger threatened to call the cops and we paid $488 for 3 nights to be treated like this which was outrageous and the pool wasn't even nice."

"The parking garage smelled like urine. The concierge that checked us in was very business-like and did not offer any information on anything. I inquired about a place to eat and was told "go down fourth street." The room layout was nice and big, but the window was filthy with smears of some sort. "
