"The property was quiet, comfortable clean. The stuff came when you wanted them to come to clean it and I guess the kind of people that do come sometimes destroy the rooms so they have some strict rules. It sounds a little crazy, but those were respectful of property it’s not an issue at all."

"No umbrellas or shade by the pool. How cheap can you be not to give tourists a place to lounge out but not be lying in the sunlight. Zero thoughtfulness.
