"Very basic hotel on a busy freeway. Our shower was cold and when I called reception to let them know of this issue they said they would send the manager but he didn’t come or follow it up on anyway. The view from our ground level triple room was of the back of a shed with rubbish. The rooms have been renovated but the building is old and the staff were not very helpful."
