"The staff was very nice. The location was convenient to the airport but not convenient to walk anywhere. You definitely need a car to get to any restaurant or store which is the only downside I saw because not everybody travels and rents a car. The only other problem with the location was the shower bathtub was very slippery. There were no safety strips down and I found getting into the shower could be a hazard. I think they should invest in some safety strips on the base of the tub. There is a...

"I was given a room that had not been cleaned. The front desk person moved us to another room. I checked in late due our flight being delayed. Hotel was called with this information. Someone tried to enter our room twice between 0800 and 0900, which interrupted my sleep. They never announced themselves "

"Great staff! There was a mishap with my reservation at another hotel and it was a weekend of spring break, soccer tournaments and other events in the New Orleans area. It was practically impossible to get a hotel that night. I called this place and the receptionist was lovely and not only did they find me a room, they went the extra mile by offering to hold the room for me while I purchased the reservation on Expedia. That level of customer service is appreciated."

"Affordable safe s Hotel right off freeway for short stay"

"Day front desk gentleman was very helpful to the best of his capacity. Had to change rooms, tub was awful and couldn't shower the whole stay ( 5 days) due to filth. A couple of big functions going on in area so all hotels and such were booked otherwise we would have gone elsewhere. Definitely do not recommend until major improvements are done."
