"My room was on the 5th floor. Foot traffic through the elevator was manageable and not challenging. The room itself had rust in the tub and the tv remote had ductape holding in the batteries. There weren’t many channels to watch so you better bring your own accommodations for streaming and entertainment. The light bar on the bed frame that illuminates the room would not turn off! There’s got to be a secret to turning it off but I didn’t bother to ask the staff. My stay was average at best, but...

"There needs to be improvements on the cleaning standards. Upon entering the room it smelled of moisture like there was a leak or excess water in the room. Throughout the room i found hair on the desk, pillows, bathroom and shower walls. I would recommend staff covering hair while cleaning. Also not sure how often the floors are vaccumed found a chocolate milk bottle lid at the base of the bed frame. Location was conveniently located. The staff were pleasant and helpful. "

"This rating is primarily based on not having WiFi or TV for the entirety of my stay. Apparently this was due to a weather event that occurred prior to my arrival. The cable company did not come out to make repairs until after I left."

I have videos documenting the condition of each room. The chairs throughout the room were old, worn out, and honestly need to be thrown away ASAP. I do want to say the housekeeping staff appeared overworked and did the best they could. The real issue is management not properly inspecting the rooms or maintaining...

"This my second time here. First was okay being that it was blood and poo still in the bathroom. Everything else was great though. This go around I hoped it be different. Bathroom was not clean at all. Baby coach roaches dispersing as soon as you turn the lights on in there. Little hairs everywhere like the rag used wasn’t cleaned off good enough. Or in a rush. The tub faucet kept leaking badly. "

"I stayed at this hotel expecting a clean and comfortable experience, but it was the complete opposite. The room had a strong mildew odor the moment I walked in, and there was visible mold in multiple areas, including around the bathroom and air vents. The overall cleanliness was unacceptable — stained linens, dirty floors, and obvious lack of proper maintenance. What made the experience worse was the feeling that these issues were not new and had likely been ignored for a long time. No guest...
