The only light was from the window and 2 small lamps on each nightstand, in the bedrooms. The beds were comfy, but only had a sheet and thin coverlet. "Room was not very clean, the shower had hair from previous guest. The phone in the room did not work, they had hang tags for do not disturb but room service was only available upon request. Towels and toilet paper we had to walk to the lobby for. The pool was closed our 4 night stay. The toilet continuously kept running. There was an alarm in the hallway that kept ringing. There was 2 bugs in our room. Expedia did justice for this place with the photos they provided."

The property is a Days Inn and a Ramada. Our reservation was with Ramada, but when we got there the front door mat said welcome to Days Inn, so we walked down the property (at night) looking for the Ramada Entry. "I stayed at this hotel expecting a clean and comfortable experience, but it was the complete opposite. The room had a strong mildew odor the moment I walked in, and there was visible mold in multiple areas, including around the bathroom and air vents. The overall cleanliness was unacceptable — stained linens, dirty floors, and obvious lack of proper maintenance.
