"The staff was very nice. The location was convenient to the airport but not convenient to walk anywhere. You definitely need a car to get to any restaurant or store which is the only downside I saw because not everybody travels and rents a car. The only other problem with the location was the shower bathtub was very slippery. There were no safety strips down and I found getting into the shower could be a hazard. "This was by far the worse stay I HAVE EVER HAD. Below are some of my issues. These after spending most of the day helping my daughter move out of her college apartment. Got to hotel late that evening around 10 pm. Checked in and went to the room. Disinfected like normal. Turned pillow over to spray and a bug is crawling on the back of the pillow. Went to front desk complained. And was given another horrible room. First the ac unit was unusually loud and made a knocking sound. Second,...

"Location was great, check in was easy. However, knowing the amount of people staying in the room, the amount of items needed were not properly stocked (towels, toilet paper, etc) "

"The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean, and spacious The breakfast was fresh and plentiful. The airport shuttle was quick and curtious. A little far from downtown, but I would stay there again without hesitation."

"Day front desk gentleman was very helpful to the best of his capacity. Had to change rooms, tub was awful and couldn't shower the whole stay ( 5 days) due to filth. A couple of big functions going on in area so all hotels and such were booked otherwise we would have gone elsewhere. Definitely do not recommend until major improvements are done."
