"The rooms are clean and staff were very friendly too."

"The room was gross. The toilet looked like it was destroyed and readded badly. The tank had a plastic tray instead of a top. The chair at the table was broken. We luckily only needed it for a few hours rest before an early morning flight. Anything longer and I would’ve absolutely complained. The lobby seems to be maintained, but the rooms look like trash."

"The room and hotel in general were very clean. The pool was big and clean. I wish I could give this place 5 stars. Beds were not too comfortable and the room was so bright at night, luckily i brought an eye mask. The first night there, it sounded like someone was dropping a bowling ball over and over until after midnight. The second day there, got locked out of my room, key card wouldn't work. Was told they never actually checked me in the day before, for some reason. Was petrified that someone...

The lady on check in date was rude, her attitude change once I ask her why she was so rude her response was (I'm not feeling it today). I think her name was Helena are Elena."

"HORRIBKE EXPERIENCE EVERythjbg was broken from our lights in the room to the AC to them not cleaning up our rooms to not even providing those tags on the door to not answering the phone when u call for the front desk cause we needed towels the pool was pure green and wasn’t allowed there even though we wasn’t going to it was dirty and broken and roach I have pictures and videos and will be filing a complaint and dispute"

"I’m appalled that the hotel was even open. Half of it was cut off due to remodeling, it was disgusting, dirty and the staff were completely unprofessional. I would have left but we arrived late from our flight and didn’t want to go searching for another hotel."
