"The rooms were decent, but the bathroom floors were unkempt. We also reported to the front desk that the housekeeper had taken something that didn’t belong to the hotel, but unfortunately, no action was taken. Considering these issues, I rate this location 3.5 out of 5. The breakfast bar was okay."

"No problems with parking, the hotel is clean. The complimentary breakfasts is hot, and the hotel is close to the interstate. The hotel also has quiet hours so you'll have a good nights rest. Perfect place when I stay in New Orleans. "

"Everything was good , just the pool hours are from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm , in a city like new Orleans that's a no go , they should extend the hours , we come back from long walks at the French quarter at 8 pm and just wanted a little relax at the pool and it was closed , disappointed ☹️"

"Joseph was great in customer services at the front desk, when you enter the hotel it’s absolutely beautiful. However, they need more help with cleaning staff. We had to ask for the rooms to be cleaned on numerous occasions before they cleaned. Trash was in the drawers when we checked into the room. Pool was out of service."

"Good choice for quick overnight stay with convenient location to MSY. Clean room, comfortable bed, helpful shuttle staff. Also, parking provided for duration of trip at reasonable rate."

"My hotel stay was extremely disappointing. After 3 rooms trying to accommodate all had issue. One of the rooms had a toilet with no running water at all, making it impossible to flush. I have videos documenting the condition of each room. The chairs throughout the room were old, worn out, and honestly need to be thrown away ASAP. I do want to say the housekeeping staff appeared overworked and did the best they could. The real issue is management not properly inspecting the rooms or maintaining...

"Had a bad smell when you walked in the door that reeked through the room all night and the toilet would not flush overflowed onto the floor called manager. He said he couldn’t get Maintenance out till 8:30 AM. This happened at 4:30 in the morning."
