I suspect they upgraded our room to make up for it, but due to poor communication, we aren't entirely sure. If the staff had actually explained what was happening instead of just repeating "we are fixing it," I would gladly give 5 stars for customer service. Unfortunately, the lack of clarity ruined the experience."

"It was very nice and the staff was great. It’s a little outside the city so you will have to take public transportation to get to the city center for main tourist attractions, but the tram stop is only 200 feet away. There is also an Italian restaurant called Le Filippo nearby that we went to a couple times that was great for dinner."
