"Séjour très décevant et non conforme à la description. Le logement ne se situait pas à l'adresse indiquée sur l'annonce et présentait de nombreux problèmes de propreté et d'entretien (équipements de cuisine défectueux, literie tachée, sanitaires endommagés). De plus, les prestations annoncées telles que la piscine n'étaient pas au rendez-vous. Malgré nos signalements, nous n'avons reçu aucune réponse de la part de l'hôte. Une expérience malheureusement très négative pour notre famille."

"The apartment itself was clean, well equipped and peaceful. The outside spaces however were dirty - the front entrance had pigeon droppings all over it, the stairs were not swept and filthy. "Overall a good apartment for a short stay. I would recommend the manager to clean the patio better than it was, as well as to have a better inventory of kitchen utensils. Unfortunately, the apartment inventory description does not fit the content in the drawers and cabinets. Also, making the building area completely smoke-free would also be a great addition to families traveling with small children.
