"The hotel is in the old city and close to all the main destinations like the cathedral, museum of the Galician people, parks, etc. The staff was super helpful, communicated very clearly in English (and were kind about my broken Spanish). However the air conditioning didn’t work during my stay, which is why I specifically selected this hotel in the midst of a heat wave. The hotel adjusted the cost for me which was really nice and they were amenable to that. The garden/patio area, however, is also not accessible like a regular hotel. You can’t go out after 9pm which isn’t ideal when you want to relax in fresh air and just have outdoor space,...
