"My interactions with various staff at this hotel on all levels was excellent. I felt like a valued guest. The room was clean and larger than expected with seating areas and some kitchenware should you need that. The only issue was that 2 of the 3 elevators were down during my stay, however the communication regarding this issue seemed quite sincere in the explanation and apology."
