"The carpet is very old, and the staff were unhelpful. When I asked to borrow a luggage scale, room service told me to go to the front desk, but they said the hotel didn’t have one. It would’ve been easier to weigh my luggage at the airport. The staff’s attitude was not friendly at all"

"Rooms were clean, modern & spacious. We found the bed to be a bit small but we were advised it was a king sized bed, The manager was helpful and willing to assist. The food at the breakfast was good. We used the pool which was clean & nice but pretty basic if you have kids."

"Hotel was fine enough, and the free shuttle to the airport was appreciated.
The food and drink I had in the hotel restaurant were very bad. And the bathroom had a bobby pin on the floor which made it feel like it wasn’t very clean."
