We regret to learn that you experienced such unpleasant situation during your stay with us. Please accept our sincere apologies for not being able to meet your expectations. You report of not being accommodated concerns us greatly and thus we made internal investigation regarding your booking and we found out that your booking was only for 2 adult and and 2 children under 10 years old. As we clearly mentioned in our booking policy that children under 10 years old is free to share bed with parent however child in age 6- 10 will be charged for breakfast also extra bed is not included in your booking however for your own comfort our team give you extra bed free of charge for your entire stay (14 Days) which we usually charge IDR. 400.000 per day. We appreciate that we cannot get it right all of the time but would hope that when we make a mistake, we really try to rectify it during the guests stay, to ensure that they leave us feeling happy and relaxed.
