"This place was awful. From the moment I first pulled in the parking lot and seeing how unkept it was not mention people loitering about I knew it wasn’t going to be good. I hoped the unit itself would be better but it was in disrepair and was not somewhere I wanted to be. I ended up having to scramble to get other accommodations and I am hoping they are going to refund for this stay because there was no way I was staying here."

"The room and hotel itself were very nice, but the hotel has basically no in person staff aside from their cleaners. You can only speak with an AI bot who is programmed to help with most needs, which is nice for getting in and out of the hotel but that’s about it. This bot basically got us kicked out of our room after our request for late checkout didn’t go through, thus forcing us to wait in the unstaffed lobby for 6hrs to wait for our flight. Hotel is good, customer service is not."
