"The villas had a peaceful and opulent feel, with beautiful natural quiet surroundings. The staff were lovely and did everything needed. Location from the centre of Ubud is a little out, but worth it for the serenity you get that downtown Ubud now no longer has. Great for couples."

"Our first "pool view" room was awful. The shower leaked and flooded the bathroom floor. It smelled terribly of mold and mildew and I have asthma and could not stay in the room. Luckily the hotel staff helped move us to a new room. It was better but loud. We ordered dinner from the restaurant in the lobby and it wasn't great. We both only finished about half of our meal. Breakfast was better but not all rooms come with it included. We downgraded our room so that I could breath, however they...

"The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They are great and nothing is too much trouble for them. The breakfast is great with a good selection of food. There’s a shuttle service to the beach and to eat street. The laundry service is also good value. Stayed for 10 days this time and would recommend it highly for the overall vibe."
