There is coffee available 24 hrs. day and the breakfast spread was way more than I expected. We were very satisfied with our one night stay. The staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. "The few rooms that are rented here are an incredible value. They are of good size (ours had 3 beds), clean and include a small kitchen and refrigerator. But the best part of them is the deck that is at the back of the unit, with incredible views of the Smith River and the Pacific Ocean beyond. Don't be turned off by the less than impressive initial view of the RV units and office. Great value."

"This was an older property, but was pretty well maintained. Access to all rooms was outdoors and there is no elevator (2 story property). Was a great place to spend the night on our way from Portland, Oregon to the Redwoods. Nice employees!"
