"The location was not the best but it was close to one of the subway lines. But we had a lot of issues with our room... - AC wasn't working for the first 12 hours or so - No hot water in the shower - Only one towel in the bathroom and when we asked the receptionist about it, her response was that we only asked for one!!! Like show me exactly when and where I said I only need one towel for two people! - Only one pair of slippers - Blood stain on the bed sheets - Clump of hair on the bathroom door...

"The apartment itself is great. The only downside is that it’s located near top of a steep, dead-end alley, which can be challenging for elderly guests or travelers carrying heavy luggage."

"Very convenient location, lots of restaurants in the area. Room is big and they give you free water and slippers. Pillows are also firm and the bed is comfy. The only con for me is that the washroom sink is quite small but overall it’s a beautiful boutique hotel."

Unser Problem war die Temperatur. Klimaanlage auf 16 Grad gestellt und die Luftentfeuchter an. Beides lief den ganzen Tag und Nacht. Es wurde aber einfach nicht angenehm. Vorallem schlafen war daher eher schwierig. Auch eine Rückfrage und das einstellen vom Personal änderte nichts. Lüften war wegen der Straße auch nur übers...

"STOP scrolling!! Haws House was the highlight of our European trip. Guillermoh at the front desk was EXTREMELY amicable and knowledgeable about the property and area. He provided recommendations for restaurants and activities (clubs) around the area. The pictures on the website do not do justice to the property. The decorations and furniture were very modern and comfortable. Our apartment was cleaned and had clean towels WITHOUT even asking. We found a grocery store two blocks away from this...

"Super Hotel, sehr zentral aber ruhig in einer Seitenstrasse. Sehr schöne Terrasse mit kleinem Pool, eine kleine grüne Oase inmitten Lissabons. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, das Frühstück lecker und das Zimmer sehr schön. Sehr zu empfehlen, wir würden in Lissabon wieder im Hotel Hotel wohnen wollen."

"The hotel is an older but well renovated building. The room was pleasant with ac and a city view. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent.
