"The hotel, decor, location, breakfast, were all fantastic.
Above and beyond all of these things though what really set this hotel apart is the staff who work so hard in providing the guests with a top rate experience. Each member of staff I encountered remained friendly, courteous and professional throughout my stay. Housekeeping also was impeccable.
Keep up the good work guys and thanks for playing a massive part on what was a fab week in Lisbon.

"Room was a bit small but beautifully equipped in a wonderfully located hotel. The common spaces were elegant & the hotel hit all the right notes.
