"We were comfortable in our room but we found it unusual that the cleaning staff weren’t cleaning rooms until very late in the day. So the first day we said just leave our room for today but we do require a few things (TP and coffee). Other than that our room was never refreshed at all. "Plenty of parking out the front. Delicious made to order breakfast Our room sink was dirty when we arrived, the lady was very quick and apologetic and cleaned it immediately . Shower ran cold after 1 person . 10 minutes drive from Preston football stadium and Deepdale shopping center."

"There were not curtains or black out curtains on the windows. The mirror had emotion detection led lights and as I was trying to switch them off I found a syringe, thankfully without the needle. I'm very disappointed with the overall condition of the room."
