"The hotel is excellently appointed and the free shuttle service to and from the airport is excellent and can be used to link with the Shanghai Subway during your stay as well as to and from Pudong Airport. Everything was spotlessly clean and, apart from lack of coffee, the kettle and tea tray was also greatly appreciated. The surrounding shops and restaurants gave plenty of scope to feed yourself and the complimentary tea in the reception area was a superb little touch. Very reasonably priced...
