"The shower was dirty. The bed was hard like a rock you can feel the slats under you. Only 2 towels and pillows given was told no after I asked for more. No pool towels provided. Staff are miserable. I tried to contact Wotif a week earlier to shorten my stay but they didn’t respond because I wanted a refund for 1day because we planned to leave early, but no response. Will not be using Wotif again! "

"Golden Palm Tree Sepang was an excellent place to stay and a great value for the price. Our overwater villa was beautiful, spacious, and much larger than we expected. The airport shuttle was convenient and made getting to and from the hotel completely stress-free. The resort was perfect for relaxing by the beach and enjoying the unique setting. While attractions like Batu Caves are a bit of a drive, Grab rides in Malaysia are very affordable, so getting around was easy. The breakfast buffet had...

"The hotel location is a bit isolated especially without a car. The staff is very friendly . The rooms designed and built with wood cinder blocks are original yet poorly isolated . Next door their was a family with 2 small children and despite the obvious crying you could also clearly hear all that was going on , all sounds come through the ceiling rafters"
