"We enjoyed our stay at the Barat, and thought it was good value for money. We stayed in a family room, it was clean and comfortable apart from a few ants running around. It was great to have a pool, but the pool needs a bit of maintenance as there are tiles coming off and the sides look like they could do with a clean. "Tioman is a very beautiful island. I was there for my birthday and had a great time there. I chose this resort after checked on internet but when I came, everything was better than I expected. The staffs were very nice and friendly. They gave me exactly what I wanted-a room with beach front and pool behind! "Wir verbrachten eine wunderbare Zeit hier und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Anlage wirklich schön und das Essen sehr gut. Wir waren mit unseren Kindern hier, die besonders die Poolanlage toll fanden! Auch die Massagen sind zu empfehlen. Wir würden wieder kommen!"

"The shower was dirty. The bed was hard like a rock you can feel the slats under you. Only 2 towels and pillows given was told no after I asked for more. No pool towels provided. Staff are miserable. I tried to contact Wotif a week earlier to shorten my stay but they didn’t respond because I wanted a refund for 1day because we planned to leave early, but no response. Will not be using Wotif again! "
