WOW! What a gorgeous place! Staff was very friendly and the location is unbeatable. The breakfast was very good, and the food options are plenty. It was great to have access to the sauna and Turkish bath. We will come back!

Don’t miss this place!

The hotel was outstanding from check in to check out. Great location. Lovely open patio bar in front, friendly staff all around. The buffet breakfast and lunch were also well done. Food choices were excellent. We will return.

Good hotel. Breakfast was delicious !!! There is only one MAJOR issue, if it rains you will listen to this awful sound of the water falling on the top of a neighbour roof made of zinc and it is extremely noisy. One of the night rain heavily and I almost ask to change rooms because it is very bad. If you are staying here and it might rain, ask to stay on the left side of the hotel. Not where the swimming pool side is. The sound of the water falling in the roof is very loud and annoying.

Second time for staying here. Won't stay again as no water working when we arrived. We were not informed of the live music,very loud in our room until late. Arrival of guests in next room at 4.45AM! Who then proceeded to make lots of noise then obviously had extremely noisy sex and then put on TV loud. Very thin walls!!

Dreamy beach and castle view !

Wow!!! This is a must stay. I booked it quite last minute and it was a dream - exactly what we needed. The hotel is located right at the heart / center of Pensicola. We ended up with an amazing terrace facing the pool and getting side sea view. We would lay out there, have breakfast in the morning. The room itself was perfect. A lovely Nespresso coffee machine. A TV with Netflix to sign in to. A great shower. Inside the hotel there is a jacuzzi and sauna for all to use - you just need to sign up for the hour. Strong recommend!
