"Had one of the worst stays I've ever had anywhere. The furnace was broken and our room was at least 85 degrees. Windows didn't open and I didn't even get into the bed or get any sleep. Just sweating all night long. They never should have taken reservations or at check in should have refunded all money knowing how hot the rooms are and told us to go somewhere else. Completely ruined my birthday as I didn't get any sleep. The bed was soft and felt tired, old and saggy. Just awful. The bathroom was so small I wacked my elbow on the vanity as I could barely move around and the coffee in the room was poor and not drinkable. There was a filthy 1970s light blue armchair that I didn't want to touch let alone sit on, and the crappy one ply toilet paper was embarrassing. Parking was outside and my husband despite wearing winter boots slipped and nearly fell. They charge an extra $20 for parking! Hotel lobby bar was going through renos. Over priced and very very disappointing. I will never go back."
