"Luar biasa!! Proses check in dan out mudah dan cepat tanpa deposite. Kamar bersih, wangi, ac dingin, nyaman. Saya menginap dengan tipe kamar Single ( 1 twin ). Sarapan juga OK, saya telat datang di jam 10 lewat 10 menit untuk sarapan tapi masih di layani dengan baik. Rasa makanan juga enak. Saya selalu suka dengan menu Ikan sambal Dabu.
Area parkir tidak terlalu luas. 100 meter ada minimarket dan beberapa tempat makan. "

"The staff are so friendly, polite and helpful. I had arranged a pick up but my flight was delayed by over an hour. I managed to let them know and when I arrived at the airport the lovely young man from the hotel was there waiting for me. They let me change my room as the first one was near the lift and due to being a light sleeper moved me to a room further away which was perfect. The room was clean and the bed super comfy. If I ever travel back here would definitely stay again 😊"

"There was no real areas for the storage of clothing. The rack for hanging clothes, fell off the wall with 10-15 pieces of hanging clothes. Better dressers or sturdy shelves need to be provided for guests that stay there for more than a few days."

"The staff was excellent. The facility needs a lot of work. This is directly attributable to the ownership. Previous guests are not held accountable for damages they cause. Plumbing needs a complete overhaul…most importantly. Wifi is absolutely terrible. The rest is okay and can wait for the others to get fixed for now. An upgrade on the rooms looks way past due. Again, the staff is excellent and does the best it can with what it has to work with."

"it was only a smoking room available with a queenbed and it smelled sooo ugly that we needed to change to a smaller room with two single bed. the breakfast was almost empty, they didn’t refill and some guest didn’t got any food. (still 1 hour before finish) it’s a disappointing experience but the hotel itself could be not bad if they treat everything a bit better and with more heart."
