"We booked a room with a jetted tub.... we were given a room with a ahower....when I asked they said that I only booked a reg room and was told to call Expedia. Expedia was great and said that yes we did book a room with a jetted tub and they has reached out several times to the Comfort Inn but could not get any one to answer the phone. Staff not helpful or wanted to fix the issue."

"I love this style of motel. The rooms are nicely decorated and a good size. The room comes with a decent-sized mini fridge, microwave, single-serve coffee machine with coffee, a table and chair, and an accent chair. The walls were clean and the flooring is vinyl. Lots of pillows! Great room rate.
The mattresses were very squishy, almost like they might be old or worn out. A little more attention to cleaning hairs from the bathroom would also be nice, and the bathroom could use some minor...
