"Clean room and friendly staff"

"This was my first time staying in a Best Western. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and they went out of their way to help you. We had to leave before breakfast but they had muffins and yogurt available for us. Shuttle to the Cleveland airport was on time and we were dropped off right off at our airline door."

"Great place. Always stay at the Streetsboro location every time I travel to Ohio, which is at least twice a year. Friendly staff, very accommodating, great breakfast, always clean and quiet. My favorite front desk person is Jacob. He is always so kind and the one front desk person, that has been working there for quite awhile. Kudos to Jacob!"

"The room was NOT as advertised. And not just mildly different, it was not even remotely comparable! It was dirty. The doors were taped shut. The curtains were wet and falling off the window. The sofa was filthy and falling apart. We asked for a refund and were denied so we just left."

"The rooms were smelling of smoke. The hotel manager knew that due to renovation half the rooms were smelly and refused to give us a room in the other half. With the heat and smokey environment it was not a pleasant experience. Further they were out of breakfast at 8:00 AM even though they advertise as 6:00-9:00 AM. No one was around to help with the food."

"I go to University Hospital in Cleveland, OH every two weeks for cancer treatment. We drive in at night from Indiana to get to my early morning appointments. We got in at 10:30pm to check-in to our prepaid room. Staff let us know check-in was at 3pm and ask why we were so late. The hotel's computer at the front desk was down, staff was unable to fix it and said technical support would take too long. Staff was able to find our reservation on a paper list with a preassigned room number and...

"Super 8 was okay. Our room smelled a little bad, but we sprayed some deodorizers around and it solved the problem. Otherwise it was fine. No breakfast was disappointing."

"Breakfast was good and plentiful. Gardens around the property well maintained. Room layout was very poor. TV in a very awkward position. Room service was good. Property looked a little beat up, for a Marriott."

"Room service never came to bring us towels. The ad was misleading by saying they had a breakfast buffet thinking it was included with the stay. The staff gave us a bill as soon as we sat down. The pool was lukewarm and the pool room felt like a sauna"
