First room they gave me — I closed the door after walking in and the drywall was collapsed, opened the night stand drawer and there were drugs (weed and pills) , ketchup packets and just blah , opened the drawer under tv and more drugs (pills) some crushed on a room key and finally I pulled the blanket back on the bed and not really any surprise the sheets had brown stains on them. NO NO NO ! Told them and gave me a different room better but...

"The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating. They truly made our stay enjoyable, and I would give them 5 stars without hesitation. While the hotel itself was just okay and could benefit from some repairs and updates, the staff mentioned that a complete renovation is planned soon, which is encouraging. "After we guaranteed our reservation, we arrived to be told that the hotel was sold out and we needed to find another hotel. The clerk was unprofessional clicking her nails and not bothering to look at us. When I asked why were weren't told after guaranteeing our reservation through Expedia we were told that it was our problem not theirs. We were given 4 names of hotels but no help in securing accommodations. Awful customer service."
