"Es un hotel hermoso con un nivel de servicio excelente, las habitaciones, los restaurantes y cada espacio del hotel son para disfrutarse. Además de los elementos que lo convierten en una combinación entre hotel y museo, subir por el elevador de madera, visitar la habitación que utilizó el padre de la patria Ataturk, que además estaba enseguida de nuestra habitación, ver la habitación en donde una de mis escritoras favoritas, Agatha Christie, escribió alguno de sus famosos libros, hacen de la...

"Our group stayed in 508/509 for 4 nights in this hotel, the staff, especially Selma and Ada were very helpful, Selma gave us the suggestions as to how to go about the city, and where to shop ect. Ada has attended our every need. The hotel location is just off the Istiklal Street, which is the shopping hub of the city, close to metro stations and walking distance to Galata. Hotel is clean and well maintained, breakfast is ok but could add some variety of hot dishes I think. Great place to stay &...

"This was a very nice hotel in a great location, just down a short side street from the busy Istiklal and across from the fabled Pera Palace. We booked a corner suite which was beautiful, roomy and comfortable and far, far nicer than what we could have had at the Pera Palace for considerably more money (though in retrospect I would have asked for one on a higher floor). The location was quiet but with very quick and easy access to shopping, restaurants, the Galata Tower, the Tunel, and the...

"Such a beautiful and historic property in the center of a bustling area. The decor is lovely and full of character. The staff were so kind and helpful, greeting us with a welcomed smile every day. The neighbourhood is vibrant and next to so many eclectic shops. We are a family of 5 (3 young children) and so enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay here again."

"The shops nearby is convenient. There were other guest across our room that were so loud at 3 am for consecutive days. There should be sign to keep it down. The bathroom smelled like mold and the rack hanging in the bathroom was corroded. The toilet so close to the vanity is a safety hazard. The comforter had holes and seems like no one checks. We had our sign to clean our room, we left at 9 came back and room was not cleaned."

"Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. We especially appreciated that they upgraded our room to a better one, which was a nice gesture. The location is excellent—very close to Istiklal Street, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, and shops within walking distance.
There were, however, a few areas that could be improved. The breakfast was disappointing, with a limited variety of food. The breakfast area was quite small,...
