"This hotel is very well placed on the most famous commercial street in downtown Budapest. Unfortunately, we had a superior room at the ground floor that was not corresponding at all to a hotel of 4 star level (as it is rated on its website). Very disappointing experience."

The first apartment was fully renovated, bright, clean and depicted as in the photos. Unfortunately, our 2nd apartment was Nothing like the photos. Although it was comfortable, clean and had some renovations done to the kitchen & bedroom (great closet organizer) - it was literally 1/2 size of our first apartment and the bathroom was dated. The only things that let it down was that the cleanliness could be a little better, and it needs to be made very clear that the use of the gym facilities is charged daily which was disappointing because my stay was partially based on the use of the gym facilities.
