"What a fantastic stay. We visited for my partners birthday and the staff kindly decorated the room ahead of time as well as arranging for a bottle to be on ice on arrival in the room as an optional paid for extra. The receptionist on check-in (Sunday late evening after 11) was incredibly warm and friendly. I’m afraid I didn’t catch her name but she mentioned having worked at the hotel for 3 years. "Zoetry Mallorca was one of the most beautiful resorts i've ever stayed in. The service was incredible and the staff were so helpful with anything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and fresh every morning. I would recommend this resort to anyone who doesn't want to stay in the city of Palma and prefers a "country side" feel.
