"I chose a location outside of Atlanta (the city area). Property and room conditions were great. Was disappointed with all of the additional fees upon arrival. To go from the quoted $300+ on Expedia, to $463 at check in was unexpected to my budget i had planned out. Breakfast was not included in my booking and cost $25 per guest. parking fees, understandable for safety of guest vehicles in secure parking lot. you had to pay for wifi per day unless you are a hotel franchise member. "I’ve stayed at this property over 5 times now. I’ve enjoyed the stays but the property could use an upgrade and more staff. Property looks aged and check in/out takes too long with the limited staff. I also am a Marriott member and wasn’t greeted the same as other guests were. Self parking on property is also an additional $24"

"I checked in late night the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Room and premises was extremely clean and well maintained. Garage is located behind the main building and has multiple EV charging stations. Breakfast was great with multiple options. FYI- please check in first and get your gate pass from front desk for the garage otherwise you won’t be able to get in and park. Overall great place to stay with family and friends. I will definitely recommend it to everyone."

"The atrium is very loud, you hear people until very late in the night. I put my ear plugs in at 11:30 pm. The ladies working happy hour were unfriendly and dismissive. My hotel rm was clean but the A/C would not lower. The hard platform bed does not work for me. The small breakfast space is overcrowded with people on top of each other. Of all the Embassy Suites in the Atlanta area, this is my least favorite and I won't be back."

"The staff were friendly and helpful, the location is perfect and I think that’s where the niceties end. The WiFi in my room outright didn’t work even after paying the $10 and signing up for the membership. The tv is also fairly outdated and also couldn’t connect to the internet but it gets 50 channels so there’s that. There was 1 microwave on the entire floor and it’s in possibly the hottest room I’ve ever been in, with the ice maker for some reason. They won’t tell you this when you check in or...
