"Coming from 2.5 hours away for the buttertart festival, I was skeptical of staying here at first after reading some of the reviews. For example: rude owner, lost deposit, rooms not cleaned properly/maintained. But I stayed anyways, and i'm so happy I did. The owner and staff were friendly, very helpful and honestly answered my questions/concerns about the bad reviews I had read about the property. My room though, was clean and well maintained. I smoke, so I was nervous about losing my deposit...

The breakfast was absolutely delicious, offering a variety of options that we loved. We also had a fantastic time relaxing in the pool. It would've been perfect if we could have used the hot tub, but we understand it was unavailable due to maintenance. I would gladly recommend...

"What a wonderful property!!!!! It's unique in its architecture and the amenities offered (which we didn't have a chance to use) Bathroom was HUGE but my only criticism would be to have hooks to hang towels since daily housekeeping is something that you are trying to get away from. Also with a beachfront, where would we hang towels and bathers to dry. Fan was quite loud BUT, was happy to have one as many hotels/inns don't have them anymore. The balcony was AWESOME to have and enjoyed coffee out...

"The property was in a nice location. It could use some updates. We had suite. It was very large and had everything we needed but the shower had some gross mold and we had no cleaning done during our three nights there. I’ve never been to a hotel where no one come in to at least clean your toilet and restock your supplies. I had to get some toilet paper off the cleaners cart that was in the hallway. Dinner was good but our server was meh. The She a was wonderful. We really enjoyed our couples...
