"Great location in a historical building. Walkable to grocery and the lake/river tourist area. The building common area is a bit dated but look interesting if you like historical building. The apartment is spacious and modern. Big fully equipped kitchen, full size fridge. Nice Tereace. The bedroom with a bathroom are on the ground floor. there is an AC in the bedroom but not cool enough, only works like a fan. The AC upstairs is better but not enough to cover the living/dining/extra bed area....

"Property manager and staff were friendly and responsive when we check-in. They allowed us early check-in when room is ready and available. They showed us how to use the free laundry facilities and provided us with the detergent. "The room was small with a balcony that had view to nowhere. but the room was very clean, beds were comfy and the bathroom was big and very clean. The kitchenette with dish washing machine and microwave made the room a cozy and handy place to stay."

"The property sent me an access code that only worked for the apartment door, not the main building door. I was only able to get in because another guest opened the door for me. I had to make an international call to request a new code. That did end up resolving the issue but I would have been homeless if no one was coming out the building. That is unacceptable. "Lumen apartments are great. Very nice parking, bed, shower, kitchen. The only complaint was a drainage smell that was coming out of the kitchen sink. We couldn’t figure it out while we were there but I need to mention that management responded really quick to all my emails or phone calls and offered to send someone to check the smell but we were out all day and only come to the apartment to sleep so we were able to tolerate the smell for a little bit. "

"Overall this is a really nice apartment and the staff were prompt to respond and also help with some minor issues we had during the stay. The only real complaints were that we lacked pillows (only two very small pillows, fortunately we had packed our own) and that the apartment had no A/C.
