Before I even arrived Steffan was such a help when I called before check in and set such a good tone for the trip. There we were met such beautiful decor and amazing hospitality. "This was a disaster! We booked this room as part of our honeymoon and we ended up getting sick from it and having to cut our stay short. The room was awkward and strange but that’s manageable. What we couldn’t stand was the intense smell of bleach that make us cough and burned our eyes and sinuses. I don’t know what they were trying to cover up but it made us sick.
