"Quiet, clean rooms, convenient for the town centre. Fresh, well-staffed breakfast. Exceeded expectations."

"Loved staying at this B&B. Room was immaculate. Host was very friendly and welcoming. Made sure we had information as to where we could go for food, etc..., breakfast was delicious. Was convenient to main street and easy to find."

"A great play to stay in Pitlochry. Wonderful atmosphere."

"Our second stay in this beautiful and very comfortable hotel, exceptionally well hosted by Karen (such good breakfasts) and Graham (whose knowledge of where to go and what to do was amazing). Thanks for your care and attention! We will be back at any opportunity!"

"Front and rear parking available, clean, reasonable room, delicious breakfast cooked to order. Operated by a friendly and helpful couple."

"We had such a great stay here! The staff was so kind and helpful, our room was very cozy, breakfast was delicious, and the location was perfect. If we ever get the chance to visit Scotland again, we will definitely book another stay at the Carra Beag Guest House!"

"We stayed at The Townhouse for 4 nights this August and had the most wonderful of times. The room was sumptuous, the bed super comfortable, the views across the South Inch incredible, the breakfasts exquisite. And last, but by no means least, our hosts were the absolute best: welcoming, attentive, and simply great company. This will be our hotel for every future visit to Perth. Already planning our next trip 😉"

"Rosebank is conveniently located to shops and town centre. Convenient on site parking. The property is immaculate with great facilities. It was lovely being welcomed by Caroline who is very friendly and extremely helpful, including offering to do our washing for free. Highly recommend a stay here."

"Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Das Haus mit den Zimmern ist sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet und dadurch ein echter wohlfühl Ort."

"Beautiful location and exceptional clean property, bit vintage look but very appropriate for such a stay. Very kind and attentive owner. All over very pleasant stay, definitely would stay again Little poor breakfast choice for vegetarian"

"The stay included a full Scottish breakfast, but I am a vegan and could not eat most of what they cooked and I was never asked what I wanted for breakfast. I am a plain oatmeal breakfast eater, which I tought would be easy in Scotland. Even Mcdonald's has oatmeal."

"Great Service! From both! Thank you very much"
