"The whole atmosphere in and around the hotel was excellent, we travelled by bus to Perth and had chosen the Parklands Hotel for the fact it was a 5 minute walk to ot. The receptionist made us very welcome and allowed us to enter our room 2 hours earlier than the normal check-in time. "What a super find in Perth. David and Laurent were very welcoming and have a beautiful house. Our room was huge and I don't think I've ever stayed anywhere where everything sparkles because it's so clean. Breakfast was very good - we certainly didn't go hungry! Would love to stay again and highly recommend The Townhouse for anyone considering a stay here."

"Located right in the middle of town, we stayed in Kinnoul, larger than anticipated the two floors were wonderfully clean and modern, couldn't have been better. "What an amazing property. A real hidden gem. Property was much larger and more spacious than I expected from the listing. Social living areas downstairs were just fabulous and bedroom spaces upstairs were great. A couple of the bedrooms a bit rough round the edges however all bedrooms nice and clean. Outdoor space was great with a fire pit and outdoor furniture. The propertys location is great for peace and quiet, although there is one property next to it we never seen or heard anyone...

"The room was spotless, warm and spacious. We opted for Deluxe room which was situated in the annexed building on ground level. The staff were extremely welcoming. Breakfast was plentiful.
