"First off, we weren’t in the main hotel building, so I can’t comment on that other than it looked ok from reception. We were in the row of rooms to the right of of the main entrance, along the main road. A surprisingly noisy main road. The room was spacious, but stank of wet dog. "The breakfasts were very good different and well cooked and presented, the buffet had the usual but also water with lemons and homemade jams, fruit and yoghurts. But the homemade bread was fabulous. The only fault I could point out was that the duvet was very heavy, which is my preference for a lighter duvet."

"Very dated corridors and stairs to room access, lots of small steps along corridors potential trip hazards. Stairs in the annex building were very awkward to negotiate. Poorly ventilated room with one window no A/C, no refrigerator…get what you pay for.."

"Our accommodations in the Walled Garden were immaculate, spacious, and peaceful. The property has miles of beautiful trails and paths and lovely views along the River Tay. Meals were a delicious experience for all of us in our party. We wished we had more time to linger here!"
