"Pleasant staff, clean room and good location."

"Studio 1 Motel was a great little place to stay. Close to the 401, but right next to gas stations, restaurants, and a grocery store, it was convenient to get to. The room was clean and well set up. The pillows were very thin, but this was the only thing we noticed as less than ideal. It was quiet and we didn't notice any noise from outside the room. Overall, it was an excellent place to stay for a reasonable price. We will definitely be going back to stay again. Thank you."

"Older hotel but staff are wonderful and very helpful. Stayed one night on a motorcycle trip. Quiet room and slept well. Very comfortable bed. No coffee pot in the room but Tim Hortons close enough to walk. "

"The place is a little run down looking but the staff were terrific and friendly, the room clean and had everything i needed. it was quiet and safe. I would not hesitate to stay here again when traveling thru Peterborough"

"We really liked the location since we were in walking distance to the lock. The extra little table area in the room was handy as well as the screened in area and the picnic table and chairs outside."
